STRABAG Property and Facility Services operates a holistic, process-driven quality management system for the end-to-end control and improvement of the quality of our services and products in the best interest of the client. Agreements with our clients result in quantifiable quality ratios that can be verified whenever a given service is performed. Our management is sponsor and guarantor of a high-level, consistent quality level that is reviewed and safeguarded through systematic evaluations. The holistic approach gathers all organisational units and processes into the overall system. Its effectiveness has been confirmed by a matrix certificate from an independent third party, TÜV Management Service GmbH.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION – OBJECTIVELY QUANTIFIABLE.
We feel that customer satisfaction can be measured. Since 1999, we have commissioned an independent institute to measure the actual situation against our targets, and to show optimisation potential. The resultant findings are used to improve processes through innovative solutions and even stricter quality standards.
