YOUR QUALIFICATION.
Ideally, you graduated with a superior grade-average from a university program in real estate economics, facility management, commercial engineering or economics, and bring initial hands-on experience from internships in the property sector to the job. You are characterised by a high degree of resolve, the ability to networked and innovative thought, and the capacity to deliver excellent results both in a team and on your own. Moreover, you show a high level of customer orientation, and assured sense of self.

In its initial stage, the selection process relies on the submitted application documents, which we prefer to receive in online applications, followed by a personal interview to get more familiar with potential candidates for a given position. The framework of our 15-month trainee program will give you the chance to participate in the ongoing, international development of our company. A variety of in-house training measures at STRABAG Property and Facility Services will prepare you professionally and personally for sophisticated executive jobs or a specialist role. During that time you will get to know the multi-facetted job spectrum of property and facility management. The program will include a stay of several months abroad at one of our Eastern European locations.
