HUMAN RESOURCES FROM OUR IN-HOUSE ACADEMY.
By setting up the STRABAG Property and Facility Services Academy, we created the ideal parameters for qualifying our staff. Our goal is to optimise professional and executive competences as well as to enhance the motivation of each employee. We invest in trainee sponsorship, for instance by offering professional training, a trainee program, and dual education, among other things.

With the introduction of Six Sigma, STRABAG Property and Facility Services adopted a pioneering role in the real estate industry. Under this approach, certified Black Belts assume take charge of projects in order to ensure the sustained increase in quality and efficiency. Our staff are trained on an ongoing basis to become experts in the international management method Six Sigma.
