The transfer was preceded by a nationwide call for bids by HANSAINVEST Real Assets. The range of services to be provided for the tendered territory “North/West” encompasses building services such as repairs and maintenance of the technical building equipment including 24-hour support management, as well as reception and cleaning services. In addition, STRABAG PFS is assuming the project management for all construction measures in the buildings – from the planning though to execution and completion.
HANSAINVEST Real Assets and the parent company HANSAINVEST have been part of the regular customer base of STRABAG PFS since 2014. Other properties – in part very well-known buildings – are already managed for HANSAINVEST Real Assets, including the so-called “Dancing Towers” in Hamburg.
