Deka Immobilien commissions STRABAG PFS for a further three years

Frankfurt, 6.7.2021 Deka Immobilien has commissioned STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH (STRABAG PFS) with the technical and commercial property management for two real estate portfolios. The corresponding service contracts have each been extended for a further three years. Deka Immobilien has been an existing customer of STRABAG PFS since 2009.

The contract covers all services for the operation and management of a total of 139 properties, including the associated structural and technical facilities. This includes commercial and technical administration such as contract management, property accounting and property management as well as the management of the contracted facility management service providers.

The two property portfolios managed by STRABAG PFS with a rental area of around 1.5 million m² are managed on the basis of a holistic strategy, which also includes support with transactions, budget planning and modernization measures. Most of the properties in the main portfolio are located in metropolitan areas and major cities such as Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Munich and are mainly used as office space. The second portfolio consists of retail properties and retail parks in smaller locations throughout Germany.
