Many companies - one group

We are growing and have expanded our expertise in building technology and energy management. Our integrated service portfolio in planning, execution and operation covers the entire life cycle of properties, existing buildings and technical facilities. We do not differentiate between existing buildings and new buildings. We combine traditional facility services with data-based services and installation expertise in building technology - both in Germany and abroad.

Instalace Praha spol.s.r.o.
STRABAG PFS acquires Prague-based TGA specialist INSTALACE Praha spol.s.r.o. in March 2025 and becomes the leading building solutions provider in the Czech Republic. The 300 employees have successfully implemented numerous complex projects for the decarbonization of existing buildings.

Lohr Gebäudetechnik GmbH
The Austrian company Lohr Gebäudetechnik GmbH, based in Vienna, has been part of the STRABAG PFS Group since January 1, 2025. A total of 500 employees work in Vienna, Oberwart and Graz. The core business areas of technical and infrastructural facility management have thus been further expanded to include the building technology business area.

B2Assets s.r.o.
At the end of 2024, STRABAG PFS took over the company B2 Assets s.r.o., based in Prague, with a focus on technical facility management. A total of 80 employees will strengthen the presence in the building technology sector in the Czech Republic.

Hummel Systemhaus GmbH and Haustechnik Mainz GmbH
Since May 2024, STRABAG PFS has bundled all group-internal technical building equipment competencies. Hummel Systemhaus GmbH, which already belongs to STRABAG, and Haustechnik Mainz GmbH will become part of the STRABAG PFS Group.

ELCO Group of Companies
STRABAG PFS acquires leading multi-technology provider in Luxembourg in May 2024. Founded in 1945, the company employs around 450 people and is a provider of building services, medium voltage and renewable energy services.

climtech GmbH
Acquisition of the TGA company in March 2024 with expertise in HVAC, air conditioning/refrigeration and measurement and control technology with more than 120 employees. The company, which was founded in 1999, is based in Berlin/Ludwigsfelde.

Triburuzek Mück Haustechnik GmbH
In February 2024, STRABAG PFS acquires the Austrian Triburuzek Group based in Vienna. Triburuzek Installationen GmbH & Co. KG and Mück Haustechnik GmbH specialize in the planning, installation, servicing and modernization of heat pumps and heating systems as well as residential renovations in the areas of gas, water, heating and ventilation. In May 2025, the two companies merged into Triburuzek Mück Haustechnik GmbH.

Bockholdt GmbH
At the beginning of 2023, STRABAG PFS acquires Bockholdt GmbH, based in Lübeck. Around 4,000 employees at 13 locations are taken over from the long-established company, founded in 1959, and expand the Building Solutions Provider's portfolio to include cleaning, pest control and industrial services. In August 2025, Bockholdt is merged into the STRABAG PFS Group and thus dissolved.

STRABAG Building and Industrial Services GmbH is merged with STRABAG Property and Facility Services and now offers all industrial services under one roof.

Adomus Facility Management GmbH
In December 2022, STRABAG PFS acquires Adomus Facility Management GmbH, based in Frankfurt. With a comprehensive range of facility management services, the group grows in the customer segment of institutional investors, corporates and real estate owners. In August 2025, Adomus is merged with STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH and thus dissolved.
STRABAG Building and Industrial Services GmbH, STRABAG Aircraft Services GmbH and STRABAG Mechanical Engineering GmbH
The DIW companies already belonging to STRABAG PFS have been operating under the names STRABAG Building and Industrial Services GmbH, STRABAG Aircraft Services GmbH and STRABAG Mechanical Engineering GmbH since 2021. This will bundle the competencies in the areas of industrial services, machine and plant services and infrastructural facility management services under a common STRABAG brand.
STRABAG PFS companies in Poland and the Czech Republic
With further acquisitions in Poland with PORREAL Polska sp. z o.o. and in the Czech Republic with PORREAL Česko s.r.o., Prague, STRABAG PFS complements its service portfolio with technical facility management services and opens up new customer segments. The acquisitions form the foundation for the current STRABAG PFS companies in Poland and the Czech Republic.
STRABAG PFS Poland
The acquisition of the Polish company Caverion Polska establishes STRABAG PFS in the Polish market. The company, which now operates under the name STRABAG PFS, offers technical facility management services throughout Poland.
STRABAG PFS acquires DIW companies
STRABAG PFS acquires the DIW companies DIW Instandhaltung GmbH, DIW Aircraft Services, DIW Mechanical Engineering and DIW System Dienstleistungen in 2014.
STRABAG Residential Property Services
STRABAG PFS is expanding its range of services to include the management of residential real estate portfolios in the greater Berlin area with the acquisition of a Berlin real estate manager, which will now operate under the name STRABAG Residential Property Services.
STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH
STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH has been part of the STRABAG Group since 2008.
