STRABAG PFS acquires ADOMUS Facility Management

100% acquisition of ADOMUS Facility-Management GmbH

STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH (STRABAG PFS) has acquired the owner-managed ADOMUS Facility-Management GmbH as of December 1, 2022. Based in Frankfurt, the company generated sales in the double-digit millions in the 2021 financial year with around 60 employees.

ADOMUS' service portfolio covers the entire spectrum of FM services, which are provided from Hamburg, Munich, Hanover, Cologne, Frankfurt and Düsseldorf. ADOMUS' clients are primarily institutional investors and real estate owners who place particular value on high-quality and service-oriented services. These can now be provided with a high in-house service ratio.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The closing has already been completed.
