STRABAG PFS: Dr. Marion Henschel becomes Chairwoman of the Management Board

Frankfurt, 25.8. 2022 With effect from 1.1.2023, the Supervisory Board of STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH (STRABAG PFS) has appointed Dr. Marion Henschel as Chairwoman of the Management Board. Martin Schenk is not extending his contract at his own request and will leave the company on December 31, 2022.

Marion Henschel has been jointly responsible with Martin Schenk for the STRABAG PFS group of companies and all associated companies since 2016. "With Marion Henschel, the future of the German property and facility management business is in good hands. With her strong focus on digitalization and sustainability, she is strongly driving forward the central issues for the future-oriented management of existing properties," says Thomas Birtel, Chairman of the Management Board of STRABAG SE.

Martin Schenk is leaving the company after 29 years in various functions at STRABAG PFS and its predecessor company DeTeImmobilien. "Martin Schenk has rendered outstanding services to the successful strategic and organizational realignment of the group of companies. On behalf of the entire Supervisory Board and the Executive Board of STRABAG SE, I would like to thank him for his many years of service," said Thomas Birtel.

The management of STRABAG PFS will consist of six people in the future. Marion Henschel will be supported in the operational business by Dirk Brandt and Torsten May (both Managing Directors Key Accounts), Marko Bohm (Managing Director Real Estate Management) as well as Andrea Jager and Mike Kirschnereit (both Managing Directors Area Germany).
