Expo Real: STRABAG showcased its range of real estate services with a new stand concept

"Progressive - sustainable - innovative" was the approach of the newly designed trade fair stand.

The Expo Real international trade fair for real estate and investment took place for the 25th time. From 4-6 October, STRABAG Real Estate (SRE), STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) and ZÜBLIN showcased their range of services from project planning, planning and development to construction, operation and revitalization. The STRABAG Group presented itself with a newly designed and almost CO2-neutral exhibition stand made of wood. "Progressive - sustainable - innovative" was the approach for this year's trade fair as well as for the real estate projects and services. In line with the "cradle to cradle" principle, everything can also be reused.

The exhibition focused on innovative real estate services and projects, such as the H3ö office campus in Hanover, the BVK headquarters in Munich, the Upper One in Warsaw and the DC Waterline district development in Vienna. They exemplify the high level of consulting, data and execution expertise that the construction technology group offers its customers from a single source. The new eco2solutions service portfolio for sustainable and digital property and facility management also met with great interest.

Climate-neutral value chain by 2040

STRABAG has set itself the goal of achieving climate neutrality along the value chain by 2040. The focus is on measures in four major fields of action: CO2 emissions, materials and waste, supply chain and construction life cycle. As the driver of the necessary transformation, technology is a necessary tool for leveraging the potential in all three pillars.

Awards underline sustainability goals

STRABAG's clear goal is to systematically reduce CO2 emissions and resource consumption. The certifications from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) and the Austrian Sustainable Building Council (ÖGNI) underline the company's commitment to sustainability. At the award ceremony on October 5 at Expo Real, several projects in the residential and commercial real estate sector from Germany and Austria as well as transportation infrastructure construction received awards.
