STRABAG PFS offers a comprehensive service portfolio and supports its customers with sustainable services. Sustainable building management and the decarbonization of existing properties are the main areas of focus for real estate service providers. After all, with 75% of all greenhouse gas emissions caused by buildings, one of the biggest levers lies in building operations.
What measures are required to achieve this?
The building stock urgently needs to be refurbished across the board in terms of energy efficiency. The real estate specialists at STRABAG PFS assume that the renovation rate will quadruple by 2034.
