STRABAG PFS was commissioned by a long-standing client to prepare sustainability data for reporting in accordance with the EPRA Sustainability Best Practice Recommendations, or EPRA sBPR for short. STRABAG PFS determines the consumption data (water, heat, electricity, waste) of the past years as well as the CO2 footprint for more than 30 primarily commercially used properties. The specially developed meter reading app STRABAGmeter is used to record the meter values.
The property portfolio holder has commissioned STRABAG PFS with extensive technical and commercial property management services for several years and has been a satisfied customer ever since. The preparation of sustainability data for EPRA sBPR was commissioned once again. The aim of this is to raise the standards and transparency of sustainability reporting for listed property companies in Europe. As part of the assessment, companies are honoured with a Sustainability Award for their particularly open, transparent, and qualitative sustainability reporting.
Sustainability is achievable. In every property.
Sustainable property management requires a holistic view of the property. The database must be comprehensively accessible, interpretable, and ultimately controllable. This increased exchange of information in relation to sustainability data is best accompanied professionally from the outset. With eco2consult, STRABAG PFS does just that as part of its sustainability consulting. The continuous evaluation of consumption data has many advantages for customers, as concrete and property-related optimisation proposals can be made based on the detailed evaluation of trends.
