STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) rises to 6th place in the Lünendonk® ranking, confirming its leading role as the leading facility services provider in Germany!
The new Lünendonk® List 2025 was published at today's press conference in Frankfurt. It lists the largest facility services companies in Germany in terms of turnover - and STRABAG PFS has moved up two places to 6th place.
With growth of 28% to 935 million euros in turnover, STRABAG PFS has not only risen, but is also the fastest-growing company in the top 25 of the ranking in percentage terms. The performance of STRABAG PFS is thus confirmed by the market.
This was emphasized by Dr. Marion Henschel, chairwoman of the management board of STRABAG PFS Group at the press conference:
"Our customers increasingly expect one-stop-shop solutions from their real estate service provider in order to improve the efficiency of their own resources - whether space, facilities, energy, emissions or costs. For this reason, we invested heavily in the last financial year in strengthening our workforce, expanding our TGA installer expertise and further developing our digital tools and sustainable products. The Group-wide growth of almost 38% (28% in Germany) with a good result proves that we are on the right track with our Building Solutions service portfolio as a full-service provider for decarbonization. Under the umbrella of the STRABAG Group, we can deliver added value along the entire life cycle of buildings and technical facilities with our own qualified employees. This now ranges from space optimization and data transparency to energy management and the operational and structural optimization of buildings and building technology."
