The Frankfurt Smart Building ONE, for whose technical and infrastructural facility management STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) has been commissioned by CA Immo Deutschland GmbH (CA Immo), has been recognized for its sustainable facility management in accordance with the gefma SustainFM standard.
STRABAG PFS has been responsible for the facility management of the iconic office and hotel tower in the Frankfurt skyline for over three years. However, the collaboration goes far beyond traditional FM services. The SustainFM certification by gefma e.V., the German association for facility management, confirms not only the high quality of the building operation, but also the consistent implementation of sustainable standards by STRABAG PFS.
