EXPO REAL 2026: Resilient property and integrated building solutions

At EXPO REAL 2026, we will be presenting ourselves as an integrated building solutions provider covering the entire building life cycle. Our service portfolio combines facility management, building services, property management and industrial services with solutions for decarbonisation, digitalisation and resilient building operations.

Focus on resilience and infrastructure
Investable infrastructure is one of the key themes at EXPO REAL 2026. As a result, long-term investment, operational and partnership models are taking centre stage in the industry dialogue. At our stand, we will be demonstrating how lifecycle-oriented solutions can help to ensure that properties and critical infrastructure are operated in a resilient, secure and future-proof manner.

A particular highlight of our exhibition presence is the panel discussion ‘KRITIS and Resilient Property: Challenges for Owners, Users, Operators and the Construction Industry’. Together with representatives from the property sector, the public sector and critical infrastructure, we will discuss the growing demands for resilience, operational safety and security of supply. To mark the start of the exhibition, we are also pleased to welcome the German PPP Association at our stand. A short panel discussion will focus on how private capital can be appropriately deployed for infrastructure projects and what long-term investment opportunities are available to institutional investors.

Digitally managing decarbonisation: the eco₂state navigator
With the eco₂state navigator, we make sustainable building management measurable and manageable. Among other things, this digital tool consolidates data on energy consumption, CO₂ emissions, building services and user behaviour. This enables the identification of potential for optimisation, the development of specific decarbonisation measures and the transparent presentation of progress. Our experts will be demonstrating the solution directly at our stand. 

gefma wine reception at the stand
On 6 October 2026 from 7.00 pm, we will be hosting the gefma wine reception at our stand in Hall C1.110. This well-established industry event offers an opportunity for one-to-one discussions and networking in a relaxed atmosphere. A valid exhibition ticket is required to attend.
