The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA), the central real estate company of the German federal government, continues to rely on the expertise of STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS): Following a new tender process, the company has once again won the contract for technical facility management at the main location of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS) in Berlin and three other properties with a total area of around 52,100 square meter.
The contract award by BImA underscores STRABAG PFS's expertise in operating complex and security-relevant federal properties.

The main complex on Wilhelmstraße, with a total area of around 41,000 square meter, consists of several listed and modern building sections. In addition to office and administrative space, the property also includes an underground car park with charging infrastructure and a daycare centre.

The three secondary locations, with a total area of around 11,100  square meter, include an office building on Mohrenstraße, a leased property on Taubenstraße and two floors in the former Reichspost building on Französische Straße. Some of these buildings are also listed and pose special challenges in terms of technical operation.

STRABAG PFS is responsible for almost all maintenance and servicing of the building services systems as part of the contract.
