STRABAG PFS wins major contract from DZ BANK AG

STRABAG PFS has been awarded the contract for technical facility management at DZ BANK AG’s head office in Frankfurt, with its expertise in business continuity management proves decisive in the tender process.

STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) will take over technical facility management for DZ BANK AG’s Frankfurt group headquarters with effect from 1 January 2027. The contract is for a multi-year term with an option to extend.

The four buildings in Frankfurt’s banking district, with a total floor area of 152,661 square metres, serve as DZ BANK’s group headquarters. The implementation phase has already begun. The scope of services includes technical facility management for all technical systems, including warranty management, as well as the continuous improvement of energy efficiency and sustainability across the property portfolio.

The property portfolio under management comprises the Westend Tower (58 storeys, 58,703 m²), City Haus I (45 storeys, 60,820 m²), City Haus II (10 storeys, 30,391 m²) and a pavilion (6 storeys, 2,747 m²).
