STRABAG PFS takes over property management for sustainable logistics portfolio of SICORE and FOX Group

STRABAG PFS has been commissioned to provide property management services for a sustainable logistics portfolio at four locations in Germany.

STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH (STRABAG PFS) has been commissioned by SICORE Real Assets and DFI AM GmbH, a FOX Group company, to provide property management services for a sustainable logistics portfolio at four locations in Germany. The mandate initially covers new construction projects with a total area of around 173,400 square metres at the Rastatt, Neuenburg, Lichtenau and Kandel locations.
 
The logistics properties are part of the SICORE German Logistics Impact Fund, the first sustainable fund for new-build logistics properties in Germany. The portfolio represents future-oriented and sustainable logistics properties. All properties will be certified according to DGNB Gold (2023) and meet the energy efficiency criteria in accordance with KfW 40.
 
STRABAG PFS is responsible for both the technical and commercial property management of the logistics properties. This includes the monitoring and control of technical systems and service providers, the planning and implementation of construction measures, and warranty management. In the commercial area, STRABAG PFS is responsible for tenant and property management, including service charge settlement and property accounting.
